  1. Hamish Cameron, I noticed the print friendly version was not bookmarked, probably because it’s meant for printing. I find that version easier to read and was wondering if you might consider bookmarking it?

  2. There will be a colour version coming soon with black text on a white background that will hopefully fill that role for you Brian Schoff. I don’t have an ETA for you, but I’m hoping for later this week.

    After that, I’ll be ordering PoD copies of three versions to check the quality.
