  1. It does. Each archetype has a list of 5 triggers. Pick a trigger (say Academic’s “a life is saved or destroyed by science”). If a character’s actions fulfill the trigger, EVERY character gains an xp.

    When a character as earned xp equal to their current number of skills the player can use the xp to (in order)

    1. Reset xp total to zero

    2. Choose a new skill from the career they were advancing it

    4. Choose a new trigger. Either in the same career or a different one.
