So not sure this is the right place to ask this but. Sean Gomes, I know you said there aren’t really any playbooks for Uncharted Worlds. If i wanted to make one, monotized or not. What are the rules/laws on that?

There are no playbooks and I don’t think the game would work with playbooks as other PbtA games do them. If you’re concerned about trimming down character creation time, you could use the pregens that are available on the website, or make your own.
This is what I did for when I run it at cons. I created six characters that combine two careers and a background, but I allow the players to choose where they put their stats and choose which skills they take. It seems to cut down on how long it takes to make some decisions. I tagged all of mine with simple ideas of who they are: The Muscle, The Brains, The Face, The Smuggler, The Broker, and The Engineer. It’s been fun seeing what players do with those combos.
For campaigns, though, let the players do the picking.
If you’re looking for a tighter playbook cleave to pbta then perhaps look at Impulse Drive?
