11. Ah, fair enough. Backerkit should include the cost for international shipping.

12. Danilo Jara – If you want to preorder, you’ll need to use a credit card, but we’ll be opening up traditional sales by the end of the month through our webstore. You can use Paypal there. In general, international shipping is expensive; we’ve done our best to reduce the cost, but USPS is pricy!

    Paride Papadia – We aren’t planning on releasing an alternate form PDF, but we may do ePub/.mobi if there is demand.

13. Very Good. So, I can preorder till Saturday, and now you are going to print softcovers. When will be hardcover available? (I reviewed in Backerkit and the international shipping is $10)

14. Mark Diaz Truman  Thanks! but $10 don’t seem to me very expensive or is not the right price. Backerkit says that shipping everywhere else US is $10. 

    If I buy a softcover or a Hardcover I will hace access to the PDF?

15. Hardcovers will be available as soon as we get them printed (probably early August). They take longer to print than softcovers. All of these include access to the PDF.

16. When you can access PDF, right now if you preorder?
