Have you looked at Monster Force Terra?
Hadn’t heard of it until now! I’m actually pretty excited for Atlas Reckoning, which is all about kaiju battling. Not sure just how pbta it is though.

Monster Force Terra is about kaiju battling other kaiju. I think there is a military robot type playbook, but you’d need to do some hacking if you wanted a game mostly about the heroic robots. I can see how combining some elements from WiP (like Bonds and Fitting In), would really help.
The big innovation in MFT is that there is only one stat: Size. For some moves you add your size, for some you subtract your size.
