If I’m not wrong, this character’s moves are designed to manipulate and ircoporate junkware and pre-existing cyberware into their own bodies, right?
But, could they create these stuff for other people. I mean, is this character also a kind of cyber-engineer?
I think it’d be up to the MC. Technically I think the moves trigger is when they take it and incorporate it into themselves.
