Sharing it here, too.

Finally I’ve managed to play Night Witches! (Jason Morningstar) I really enjoyed the game, my friends liked it, too.
We played using the one-shot scenario (provided with the game). You cn find my personal consideration at the end of the post.
The characters were:
Lieutenant Irina Gordyevskaya (pigeon-leader).
Lieutenant Daryiya Yegorova (owl-zealot).
Jr. Lieutenant Vera Gromova (raven-adventurer).
Lieutenant Yevgeniya Petrova (hawk-misanthrope).
Session quick recap: (from left to right if you look at the picture)
•Two bullies, Lyudmila and Anya, from the section 2B join the pc’s section, they are troublemaker and bring more troubles.
•we find out that Anya, one of the bullies can’t fly (pregnant). the new replacement, Polina Makarova, is just arrived at the camp, and has no battle experience at all. It is also the daughter of a Party official…
•the section wrecked two planes, in two missions.
•one pilot was behind enemy lines, but managed to come back to the base. But her comrade (npc) died because of enemy fire.
•a little show to lift the morale of the troop.
•interesting relationships and scene between player characters.
Considerations
First of all, I want to play again! The game was fun as a one shot (and I tryed to show different aspects of it), but you can go a lot deeper on the long run.
You can develope a lot of interesting things during the day and develop your character and her backstory.
The mission usually (at least for us) were quick but very dangerous, I was surprised by that part. if you blow a roll you might be screwed, that is why the mission pool matters (and also having someone covering you).
Personally I think it is closer than other PbtA to Apocalypse World for the triangles between characters (pc and npc) and for the scarcity thing.
The Reach out move is cool.
Marks. I love marks.
As I have sayed, We used the third duty station, following the advice for one-shot game. One thing we have done different are the beginning Marks: as a Gm I didn’t marked off seven marks before the game, I just told the player that they have just five left.
This is great! I’m really looking forward to seeing more airbase maps from actual play.
