I think it is still in playtest but you can find the AW: Dark Age materials on the Lumpley website. Might be some useful stuff in there.
Not set in the ice age, but Sagas of the Icelanders might be most of what you’re looking for or be a good place to start your own hack.
Fallen Empires could be that game, with some moderation of weapons and armor.
If you come to writing one, have a gander at Wolf Packs & Winter Snow. It’s OSR, but it’s a sort of 20,000 BC type setting that does some really neat things. Also, I wonder if Sagas.. Oh, Tim suggested that already!
There’s an issue of bprd, where one character touches a part of an ancient weapon and it jumps him back to the ice age through the memories of the owner as his tribe fought some sort of zombie like creatures. That plus the movie fire and ice created this desire for a early man vs nature and the supernatural. Wolfpacks is prolly the best bet since my gm doesnt really like to invent hid own mechanics
