Naratively you can have whatever kind of wrestling world you want.

The first gaming book with wrestling content that I ever picked up was the Aberrant XWF supplement, presenting the Xtreme Warfare Federation where your Nova characters fought in a wrestling-style setup. It has a write-up of Ric Flair (tho, sadly, no stats)!
