1. Hurray for the book being out, at least in some form!
2. How do you handle influence for people joining the team after creation? New people join with no influence (which makes sense), but is that balanced that the new kid is THAT new?

EDIT: This thread contains a new playbook for Sprawl!

1. I just got a hold of a copy and am utterly thrilled that Oakley, Angel, Grant Access & Nezumi (from a June 2013 playtest) all made it into the book. Although in the book version Oakley’s a punk; in the playtest he was a “cybernetically enhanced mouseketeer with a katana the size of a boogieboard.”
2. Does The Magicpunk expansion have rule for going completely Cyberware free? I’ve played (and read) characters who are defined by their refusal of body mods and, if nobody’s about to, was gonna make a playbook to that effect.
Everyone’s hanging at the base.

The Delinquent and the Bearer hooked up last week. The Delinq, who’s known the Legacy since 2nd grade, asks why he doesn’t have a girlfriend yet.
“Oh, my dad says I can’t; it distracts me from my duty.”
They laugh at him, which makes him insecure.
Later that night, Legacy loses control of his powers, snuffing all light within 3 city blocks and sending him off to the shadow dimension.
No more teasing after that.

-Have the superpower “Money”
TNA is somehow crazier than WWWRPG could ever be.
TNA is somehow crazier than WWWRPG could ever be. Give Nathan 1000 years and he couldn’t figure “Former tag team jobbers turned neonazis buy the company.”
Just did a session as RE:VOLT, alias Naryita Narang, the Delinquent.
Just did a session as RE:VOLT, alias Naryita Narang, the Delinquent. It’s amazing what a high Superior and Freak can do: whatever your powers can’t solve you can examine and provoke into submission. It’s so Magneto it’s fantastic. Why attack directly or defend when you can exhort your teammates to bring about your vision?

Was gonna create a playbook for Super Juniors, but realized Midgets and Giants are mostly used the same way in Wrestling. All you gotta do is bring Power down and bring up look, real and work.
So I’m looking to create a monster that feeds off emotions, but not lust (Incubus/Sucubus).
So I’m looking to create a monster that feeds off emotions, but not lust (Incubus/Sucubus). Is there a creature in folklore that’s a psychic vampire but I don’t have to call a Psychic Vampire? What’s the Xerox brand of joy-devourers?
Got to play Masks with Brendan during Indie+ weekend.

Love the V3-and-a-half rules updates; little tweaks here and there that really balance out each playbook. Dunno what else I can say about the tweaks (they’re things like making the Outsider more +Freak/Superior instead of Freak/Superior/Mundane.)
