Are there any traps i should look out for?

The Hardholder is one of the playbooks with the most input on the (starting) fiction and control over it. GMs like control (MCs not so much) and so they like the HH.

Fang found a tent and stuff worth 1 barter. The stuff worth 1 barter, i then decided was mostly a flashlight wirk working batteries. Then i realised that a tent is probarbly worth 1 barter too.

Barter are normaly just kinda usefull stuff, oddments actually. Has anyone have experience with barter that is actually usefull on it’s own. -> thereby making the trading part more interesting?

On a 10+, choose 3. On a 7-9, choose 1:

• you find something worth 1-barter

• you avoid serious trouble

• you find a salvage-rich area, giving you +1forward the next time you return

• you’re quick about it

a ruin runner move. Do you still find “something” on a hit? Otherwise the 7-9 result is pretty weak and should be at least choose 2….

am i right?
