When running/transitioning into Veil:Cascade, are you meant to only choose from the 6 Cascade playbooks? The Silhouette Plugin seems to imply that you must be an Executive in order to enter it. Thanks!

If I’m not wrong, this character’s moves are designed to manipulate and ircoporate junkware and pre-existing cyberware into their own bodies, right?
But, could they create these stuff for other people. I mean, is this character also a kind of cyber-engineer?
