How do I learn all the names of the moves…I’ve read Wikipedia but I think visual (animated gif) would be perfect!

Hey friends! This is the closest I’ve come so far to putting together a fantasy version of WWWRPG, with no backstage/booking/meta elements.

It also helped me work out some ideas that found their eventual home in WWW:II.

It’s time for this years New Years Fray! Revised and polished up from last years Epimas release, this $4 PDF is a standalone RPG of pro wrestling for the holidays.

Includes 6 pre-generated Champions of Cheer (with portraits by Eric Quigley ) and all the rules for playing out the tournament to crown this years new Holiday Spirit and determine which kind of cheer, Selfish or Sociable, will dominate for the coming year.

This game treats wrestling “straight” with no behind-the-scenes booking, and could be easily played in a gladiatorial combat or side-scrolling fighting game style if you want to bring it out of the squared circle.

Putting this together puts a smile on my face and I hope brings a little bit of cheer to your table this holiday season.

A question here for folks who are in the know about the Professional Wrestling industry — this is research fodder for a story I’m working on.

If a person is missing the pinky and ring fingers from their left hand (the character is right-handed), amputated as the result of an injury several years prior — would this disqualify them from becoming a wrestler, or otherwise make learning the trade unusually difficult?

Quick Question for Anti-Hero Injury

“When you get injured, check an Injury box, and note who did it.

While injured, you can interfere in any of their matches without

Creative’s approval or consent, and they gain +1 Momentum

when you do so”

so in what way do you interfere? Like, if the person was a hardcore, in there next match you can make it so none of there weapons are “under the Ring”, basically, you can mess with the Wrestler who injured you narratively? cause its not a run in per say right?

Hey friends – I’m attached to this project that may interest some of you! It’s a set of tabletop rules for adding grappling into fantasy dungeon-crawling games, with options compatible with OSR, D&D 5th ed and Pathfinder all build on the same basic principles.
