Currently involved in an amateur production of “The Jungle Book” which is in an urban setting with the Jungle People being the underbelly of society rather than actual animals. They move and behave in animalistic ways but are still “people” if not humans. I immediately drew parallels with Monsterhearts so I’m trying to make a “Junglehearts” hack to play with some of the cast. Some of the skins are lending themselves to fairly direct translation (eg Queen-Snake) others are a fairly simple mix of two (eg Ghoul/Fae- Jackal) but I’m having some trouble with the Bear. I’ve looked at Topher Gerkey’s Beast as a base, but Baloo is more calm and wise. The Calaca’s casting the bones is actually perfect but I need to try and create some other moves to fill the skin out. Anyone have any ideas?
