I think he advances into Hocus by the time he’s standing on the tank and preaching to the crowd.
Yeah, it’s Visionary or Frenzy for sure. Going into Hocus later would make a lot of Sense. I just didn’t have the Weird to get Frenzy.
You can’T really get Cool, Sharp and Weird as a FAceless and Sharp and Cool seemed more important.
