1. Did you ever see that movie where the possessed semi truck was trying to kill that couple, just like that! Killer vehicles were the apocalypse. Sometimes they rove in packs, other times alone.

2. I think the rules already have you covered.

   What’s the vehicle attacking the people with?

   If a weapon, stat up the weapon as normal.

   If itself, i believe that being hit by a truck appears on the list of how much harm example things inflict, and you can go from there.
