So, maybe I missed some bit of text about it, but help/interfere. Do you have strong feelings about when you roll it? That is, when you’re MCing, is it OK with you if folks roll to help or interfere after they’ve seen the number the person they’re helping/interfering with has rolled? Or does their help/interference have to come before?

I go either way depending on what’s going on in the fiction. If what we’ve described up to that point could reasonably allow for someone to jump in as the results become obvious, then it’s totally cool. If there’s no way anyone could reasonably change the outcome at that point, then so be it.
I’d encourage people to think about how they would help beforehand, but the roll risks seeming meaningless unless you do it after you see the first results.
I always let people help or interfere after they’ve seen the roll.
