Hi there.

Hi there. This kind of setting is something I’ve wanted to play for a long time. Are there play test docs I can download or anything?

I would love to play a game similar in tone to The Dresden Files and Forever Knight.

Hi Jonathon. Welcome. This game is designed to play exactly the sorts of games you mentioned. Have you ever played apocalypse world or any of its hacks? If not there might be a bit of a learning curve but the playtest document link should have all you need to get started. If anything is confusing or unclear please let me know and I’ll be happy to help.

Hi there. I have indeed played and own many of the Apocalypse-World powered games including Monsterhearts and Monster of the Week.

I realized the link I have in this community only has the archetypes and moves but not the quick start guide I wrote up. It’s nothing fancy, just a sum up of the rules. Might be handy for the new elements of the game like Corruption and the Faction/Rapport mechanic. I’ll change the link but just in case it’s here also.

I actually haven’t used U-S to do a straight up established setting like the Dresden Files. I would very much like to try that though! I love me some DF! And Forever Knight was hella cool!
