What alternate harm rules have people come up with? I’ve seen Simon C’s Blood and guts rules, and Paul Taliesin’s Pain/Serious shit rules. Anything else interesting?

I have one big hack where I call it damage, and one small one where it’ll be rolled. The big hack also has some scaling rules so small arms don’t hurt vehicles so much. At some point soon I’ll switch from countdown clocks for damage to hit points for variety.
I’m using Pain/Serious shit in a SWW game. The serious shit is ridiculously serious.

Nice! I like how the Blood & Guts moves are laid out, makes something that’s a little complex easy to read and use. I’m partial to the Pain/Serious Shit moves because I personally like the effects. During my next session I’ll try using some of these with the players and see how they work out then report back.
