Those of you who write fiction, do you keep golden rules on a post-it note or at the top of a WiP? Things such as keep characters believable, or sprinkle worldbuilding details?
Because I’m just realising that’s what MC principles are. A reminder to help improve the fiction.
Only “Play hurt”, which is not a MC principle I believe.
I like to have a few principles noted down, and technical constraints as well, yeah. I try to change them from text to text though.
Oh I’m not saying they should be the same all the time. It depends on the genre you’re writing in and the stage you’re at.
At the moment I’m working with a new list after getting feedback from my editor.

Can’t help but try to imagine what would be a good hack for this principle… It’s much harder if you don’t allow zombies 🙂
