Luck does not replenish (under normal circumstances. It does not reload after every session.

That is how I have been playing it. Once you are out of luck, your arc is coming to an end and you should plan to go out in a blaze of glory or retire before you bite it.
That said, I have also let an Initiate make a deal with a demon for more luck for betraying sect secrets
I was thinking the same kind of thing, which if that deal was made, it would work perfectly with my game’s mythology.

Yep. They can get back luck as a leveling up move as well.
Totally forgot about the leveling up Sarah Richardson good catch. I believe that it is limited to only 1 Luck per playbook right?
I think so. I didn’t check any fan created ones, though.
Yes, as everyone has said, luck does not come back except by levelling up.
And in most cases there is just one improvement. The Mundane gets a few extra but I can’t think of any other playbooks (official or fan-made) that change is how luck works
