Congratulations on being funded!
I backed and I haven’t had a chance to play yet, but I can really see how this system could be Angel to MH’s Buffy. Also, man do I wish I had it when I was running a WoD game about two years ago.
I suppose my only real question on read over is whether the end of session bond assignments have led to any unproductive acrimony in playtesting. I could easily see characters that don’t really get along regularly noting each other as that helped them without redress.

Re: your question: Nothing yet, no. Debts require both parties to agree that a favour is owed, otherwise there is no requirement to oblige the Debt.

Ah, I may be misreading the end of section basic move: “Tell the group about a character that you helped without redress; they owe you a Debt.” That’s no doubt elaborated about in the text with some helpful guidance.
