Somo recurring themes arise in the table.

On the debts creation step we have found useful to let players allow debts on NPCs. This creates more backstories, and more nice NPCs related to the characters.

Its a constant on players using the Wolf Archetype that they want to be able to shapechange at will (just like World of Darkness werewolves).

I allow them to take a wolf option to let them do this rolling for Spirit. On a hit they can shapwchange. On 7-9 they either mark corruption or take 1 harm.

My 2 cents.

  1. Hey Oscar!

Letting them give out Debts to NPC’s is totally cool, I see it all the time and it can work out really well, especially with smaller groups of PC’s.

The Wolf has the corruption move Sun and Moon that lets them transform at will. Wouldn’t this fix the problem?

  2. 3 players seems to be the sweet spot for me. I can manage with 4, but no more.

On Saturday i run a game with 6 players and it goes crazy :(. Although it was fun (the most important thing, sure!), I was not confortable as MC with so much players because i couldnt focus properly on each one.

Instead of ” Sun and Moon : Mark corruption to transform into your wolf at will.” i allow them to modify the transformation option “You transform every night, not just during the full moon” into “You can try to enter the wolf form at will. When you do, roll with Spirit. On a hit, you change. On a 7-9, take 1-harm or mark corruption. On a miss, you cant change until this scene ends.”

This way they can get the shapechanger option from the beginning, although not a very reliable. If they want to truly control it they have to take the corruption move.
