Save the date – Monsterhearts Hangout game
We’ll be doing the first (of what will hopefully become a regular monthly) hangout one-shot game this Saturday (25th Jan).
There’ll be two separate slots (10am EST – 2pm EST) (2pm EST – 6pm EST). Each game will be separate from the other and a one-shot.
Not set at the moment how we’ll organise it, but I’d prefer to see who turns up at the time (and then cap participation in the unlikely event that we have too many) rather than reserve in advance and then be let down should people reserved not show.
As I say, not taking reservations right now, but if anyone has any comments or questions then feel free to ask.

Something like that, most likely. I’ve played hangouts as a player, but not as a host so I need to explore a little more as to how I can cap attendance.
I certainly would be interested in the 2-6 game on the 25th. I’ve been looking to play monsterhearts for a while now.
I think the actual hangout participants are limited to those invited and others can watch but aren’t included in the video chat?
Drat! I’ll have to join the next game, as I’ll be playtesting another PbtA game on Sat. 🙂

Will these sessions be recorded?
No.
Down the line, if there’s interest I might offer to do a special recorded session sometime in the future, but I will clearly flag that as such. I will definitely not be recording these.
Unfortunately I’ll be away for the weekend but I hope to be there for next game.
If there’s still a space in the earlier session then I’d be interested in joining in.
I’m not reserving spaces in advance, it’ll be a show up at the time sort of thing. We had 5-6 folk show an interest in each slot in general (not for this specific) so I’m not expecting a flood of players. So long as I have at least 2 turn up I’ll run.
I’ll need to jump on my laptop as soon as I get home from work then.
