“Working Toward” is what Drive book you’re working toward opening up. Psych Profile is just the header title under which you have any of the Drive Books you’ve unlocked listed.

By default the characters are just starting out as heroes, so nothing unlocked and fresh-faced. If you want to have them start out knowing a bit, having more history though you can let them start with a Drive book already unlocked.
