  1. I’d love it. My main Q is, for a session of 4-5 games, does this skin retain the “Guest Star” feel? If not, what can be done to build the mixture of gratitude and resentment?

[Perhaps I’d include a rule where a big return ALWAYS triggers an audience size boost, but only temporarily.]

Does this EVOKE the feel of someone like Brock, The Rock, or Jericho?

  2. Few questions:

    1) Are there limits to where The Prodigal can put his starting extra stat point?

    2) Is the option “Whatta Tan!”just for initial chargen? Any time someone switches to Prodigal?

    3) Is the Heat gain from using the Roll option of Big Return on top of the normal bonuses for Cut a Promo?

Otherwise, it’s definitely got a lot of the right flavor for a part-timer.

  3. 1. Probably not, just wanted to make sure there wasn’t anything missing. It’s probably helpful to at least say “Add one to any stat”.

    2. That’d be helpful, yeah. It definitely should be an option if someone gimmick switches to Prodigal, but switching all willy nilly without some sort of cost would just be annoying without much flavor gain.

    3. It’s true. It’s what I thought you meant, but clarity with all this is the most important thing.

  4. Just a global note, “forward” doesn’t really exist in WWW. I’d change those to “gain 1 Momentum” and “lose 1 Momentum”

Mister Some Days Off is a great Move but I’m always concerned about Moves that ask the other players to remember them, right? Here’s an alternate phrasing:

The things you do make you famous the rest of the year. When you bring up your out-of-ring accomplishments, you gain +1 Momentum; if an opponent calls you out over them, they gain +1 Momentum.

This just shifts the “trigger” to this characters player instead of the other players. I’d also maybe limit it to once/Episode, since it’s basically a Cheap Heat variant and it’s not that you can’t do it over and over, it’s more like it only works the first time and then the Audience has already heard it.

I LOVE “Walk ‘Em Through It,” that’s a great Move. Love the Injury stip, though if it’s a binary “if you’re injured you can’t compete” then just give 1 box. I love how if you have the Momentum you’re fine, but if you don’t then you’re actually fragile.

But overall I really like it! Very Jericho, but with the Injury rule working I see the Brock in it for sure.
