  1. David Benson, things are growing steadily. We’re a little over 1k from the first stretch goal. Not meteoric, but it’s not a superstar like BitD, which is certainly getting a LOT of well-deserved attention this week.

I’m really hoping the final week push will take us over the 10k. That said, I’m already so grateful to all the backers for getting the project this far.

  2. Note! In the Attire section, “Rough” is used as one of the five basic forms of Attire, while Rugged is an upgrade. These words are too close to each other and are liable to cause confusion. I’ll be changing Rough to something else (something that doesn’t start with R…)

Thanks to +William Cadoret for the heads up!

  3. Nice work on sector 6! That’s some awesome gear-porn!

    Have some feedback…

I really like the detailed customization with the various upgrades.

Hope you do a section just on the pc’s ship, as I’ve always felt that since it’s the pc’s 2nd home, if they customize it, players have a stronger connection to it, making it into an npc itself. Especially this style of game, think of Serenity, The M. Falcon etc…

Not sure how the asset class equals options will work out…if you think about it, many capital ships would have 6+ of those upgrades easy! Perhaps expand beyond 4 if you keep this the way it is?

    Their’s my 2 cents

Great job though! I’ll post my first game feedback next week

  4. Henry Raab, that is an excellent idea, definitely something I want to do for many aspects of Uncharted Worlds.

We’ve seen it already with the Character Creation (Origin-Career-Career as a thematic descriptive of the Archetype).

I’ll also be using it for Faction Generation (Space Pirates are a Violent-Criminal-Fleet, the Horizon Initiative are Popular-Scientific-Cabal, etc).
