I am planning of running this at a con. Have I missed anything on battle royal rules? As a 4 hour one shot I am thinking tag matches any other ideas for making this a successful con game?

So remember that the Regal Wrangle rules (is that the kind of Battle Royale you mean? I’m away from rule book) allow you to skin the cat and stay in by interrupting for one momentum. Expect a lot of that and not a ton of other momentum expenditures.
Be sure everyone gets a chance to:
1. Cut a promo
2. Wrestle a match
3. Do Commentary
4. Break the rules of reality
5. Add something to the world of the fed
