Nice work! The Heat questions are perfect.
I would move the Faction thing from being a discrete move to part of the Heat section, I think. “Accompanying each other to the ring” isn’t really a big enough exception to need a whole Move for it, to me, since in play ad hoc factions tend to form naturally.
I generally advise folks to see if they can condense the initial Moves list, but these are all really on point! Enforcer might be a little less interesting than the others to me if you’re looking for something to cull.
But yeah, this is great!
Good job! A couple minor nitpicks:
I think the botch on Call Enforcer should be chosen by the opponent/creative.
Also Strength in number seems a little too powerful. (I know, I know; who cares) I would get rid of the momentum gain on a partial and change the steal momentum to gain momentum on a success.
