If I recall, the alien rules were a stretch goal and will be in a separate PDF.
There are two types of aliens in Space Operas. If you want to play the “human with a different forehead”, then you already have that option; just make a regular character 🙂
On the other hand, more complicated aliens with major physical differences from the usual bipedal sapiens will sadly have to wait until I write Far Beyond Humanity, the stretch-goal-funded expansion.
So far I have plans to cover humanoids not made of flesh (mineral, liquid, energy), creatures with wildly different limb layout (tentacles, beast, serpentine) and small beings that inhabit larger vessels (parasites, symbiotes, pilots and swarms)
Addendum: If there’s an obvious type of alien I missed, please say so!
