So I was considering revisiting this scenario at our RP society’s next Freshers Week with Esoterrorists originally, but I’m struggling to make the concept fit with that setting. I’m thinking it might work with Urban Shadows though?

Hmmm. I think US works best when the PCs have conflicting loyalties. The setting sounds cool, but the system might not suppor them all being monster hunters…
