  1. I usually have them work their way up to the Mastermind, with glimpses or behind-the-scenes stuff along the way. So in terms of scenes, it’ll usually be Mobs; then mobs controlled by Punching Bags; then a Heavy Hitter with a large mob; then the Mastermind with any enemies still left. But mostly it’s whatever suits the story and what the Master Plan is so I change it up often.

With first timers I end up changing a lot of the fly depending on how well they roll, how well they take to the system and start laying down locations. I like to include enemies with particular weaknesses or Advantages so I usually throw out lots of hints about how to be more effective, then take off the training wheels as they learn how to be more effective, see tougher enemies as puzzles to be solved and punching bags (unless maybe they are punching bags).

  2. I’m in the middle of packing up and moving back home to Canada from Korea so I haven’t been able to get any gaming in for awhile now. Once we’re settled though I’ll definitely get some games going, maybe online too so I can run a game or two for people in the community. Going into gaming withdrawl though!
