I would like to play Apocalypse World, I often get stuck MCing but I would really like to play. I’d prefer to play face to face, but I also assume there probably aren’t enough people in the Madison, Wisconsin area to get a tabletop game together. I can probably play online but I don’t know of any groups that might meet regularly or semi-regularly and would appreciate an invite.

There’s a variety of sites focused on finding gamers. You could try tavern-keeper or maybe even reddit.
There is a group called the Tabletop RPG One Shot Group on facebook, they tend to organize mainly FATE, D&D5e, and numenera, but if you bring up other games I have seen takers. Dungeon World and Monster Hearts have been played in there a few times. In fact someone is recruiting a DW campaign right now in the group.
