Update #8: Preparing for Invasion
Another day, another two stretch goals unlocked! We’ve passed $30k, unlocked both Brianna Sheldon’s and Kyle Simons’s stretch goals, and committed to printing the Halcyon City Herald Collection. We’re on our way to our first Masks playset, with Phoenix Academy by Rob Wieland, and we’ve just unveiled our second: Iron Red Soldiers by Misha B! An awesome day!
Well, that didn’t take long. Lots of awesome stuff coming up!
This is really amazing! But please be careful with stretch goals. I’ve contributed to many campaigns that become so bogged down and delayed in fulfilling stretch goals that they take too long to send out the product we all wanted in the first place. Please don’t add anything more that might delay the actual shipment of the main game.
Any idea what’s the size of the Halcyon City Herald Collection at this time?
Kyle Simons – Yup! Thanks for being a part of it!
Adam West – We’ve broken this up so that none of our stretch goals affect the main book. The articles, playbooks, and playsets will all go into later books that won’t be a part of the main book, so we’re sticking to our schedule as best we can!
tomi sarkkinen – Right now, we’ve got about 15 pieces that need to go into the Collection, so we’re looking at about 30,000 words / 100 pages.
