1. Please tell me that, even though he looks all grim and serious, he actually has bouncing powers like Speedball! Also, hero or villain?

2. Yeah, the gag is that he’s got super speed/ricochet/bouncing powers and dresses like the bouncer of an Irish pub.

   As to hero or villain… Gotta play to find out, right? (Though I imagine writing him up as a PC.)
