Just for the hell of it, a concept I had, the full story goes through a couple of different playbooks though.
Kyra the Hunter

Kyra started as an FBI agent until she stumbled upon a supernatural event and was recruited into a small circle of other governmental officials that had learned about the supernatural and set about to try and police it.
Deadly, Safe House, Prepared for Anything
Over the course of her initial involvement group, they had some basic success until they made the choice to attempt and experimented with hyping the power of person to stand toe-to-toe with a supernatural entity. She volunteered.
Advances: Slayer, Book Learning, Spirit +1 (+0), Blood +1 (+2), Heart +1 (+1), Change Archetype: Tainted
Demeanor became Volatile
Her “Demon” was that the the power-up they had was progressively killing her.
She lost her Prepared for Anything as she progressively used fewer weapons.
Gained: The Devil Inside and Tough as Nails.
Her Demon Form was a crackling, glowing body where the skin appeared to be splitting.
As it became obvious that the power-up was killing her made her progressively weaker over time and less combat capable, she lost much of her enhanced power and started trying to find a way out. As her time started running out, she finally out of desperation turned herself over to a vampire clan that the files said was less than malicious.
Advances: Heart +1 (+2), Spirit +1 (+1), Mind +1 (+3), Veteran: Old Friends, Old Favors; Veteran: Gun to a Knife Fight; Change Faction: Night; Change Archetype: Vamp
Blood periodically dropped until she hit +0, Lost Demon Form, The Devil Inside and Tough as Nails, Lost Safe House (because the Feds disavowed her…at least officially).
Vamp: Eternal Hunger, Irresistable, Haven.
