You can’t invert a Po-2; the Shvetsov M-11 engine has a gravity-fed oil supply. Put her in the 437th IAP in a Yak-1, now, and you’re talking some dead Fascists.
As I understand it a barrel roll is a positive g maneuver – the net force, although not constant, is always towards the bottom of the plane. So the gravity feed of the oil would not be a limiting factor of inverting a Po-2.
