I couldn’t find confirmation elsewhere about that in the rules. All Faction moves, or just hit the streets? Anytime the players roll faction?

None of the faction moves. It states so towards the end of the description of the move, on page 58.

Yeah, no helping for Faction moves. Otherwise it becomes a constant thing of “Oh, I know that guy too” or “Let me help you look around this powerful place or remember that girl’s face.”
We just started a campaign, my first time playing, so I am marinating in the rules.
