Hey all! Just got my hard copy a few weeks back and decide to crank it open finally!

I had a question about powers (forgive me if it has already been asked!). I understand that the level of power you use to push (simple, difficult or borderline) determines the severity of condition you take off you fall. Where does Possible come on? What happens if you push a power that is in the possible category? Does it function simply as a gatekeeper for things you can and can’t push?

Any help would be much appreciated!

  1. It doesn’t just serve as a yardstick for your powers, but you can only add to the Possible category with the Burnout move (so when things are really dire).

  2. Excellent! Thanks! One more question about Conditions! I know PCs can only have 3 critical Conditions but are there limits to the number of minor or moderate a player can have?

  3. No, there is no limit to how many a PC could take for those, but once they start hitting enough Moderate Conditions to hit a -3 penalty to their rolls they’re going to realize pretty quick that they should take some time to deal with their Conditions and/or retreat ’cause it’s going to be pretty hard to roll successes.
