1. In general yes.

   But ask your player/decide yourself if you play.

5. Minor compared to what? Is the Beacon’s power supposed to be minor?

6. “If you have powers, they’re pretty minor, not noticeable.”

7. Phasing is pretty subtle.

8. The Beacon’s thing is the struggle with being inconsequential and not belonging.  The phasing power is a power that lets the beacon become inconsequential in the most literal way possible.  So even if the physics of phasing are pretty amazing, the fictional consequences of it are absolutely in line with what the Beacon should have.

   Along those lines, I can totally see Scott Lang as depicted in the Ant-Man movie as a Beacon, too, right? Not only in attitude, but in superpower.

   Addendum: And Ray Palmer as depicted in DCs Legends of Tomorrow.

10. I see Movie-Ant man more as a Protege but Beacon would work as well.

11. Yes! That’s awesome. And Hope is a Legacy! Now I want to play Ant-Man and the Wasp/Protege, Legacy characters.
