This needs a stretch goal to include Mouse Guard characters
Aaron Griffin Mouse guard – fuck yes!
I wish them the best of luck in their campaign (and it looks like they are nearly at their goal) but something about this just looks to creepy for me to actually play.
John Desmarais there’s friendship moves and you can play “Fluffy” without combat moves!
Aaron Griffin – It’s the illustrations I think. Damaged toys marching about remind me of the freaky toys from Toy Story 2.

John Desmarais: the artwork is from an older, much creepier, iteration of the game. Although it’s possible to play Threadbare with a darker tone, it’s really evolved to be much more family-friendly. More like Toy Story 1, less like Five Night’s at Freddy’s.
But you don’t have to take my word for it. If you’re interested, I’d be happy to send you a link to the early access/playtest rules for you to look at.
