  1. 2 minor. You can endure any number of minor conditions. However, already having a minor condition is a good flag for the EiC to inflict a more severe condition next time.

  2. Also, Conditions aren’t just numerical markers. They should make sense and be grounded in the fiction. A character could easily be both Buried Under Rubble, and Haunted by What They’ve Done (two different possible Minor Conditions among many).

    If you’re asking if an EiC might make a Minor Condition progress to Moderate because of stuff happening in the game, then yes, they can do that, too. Do what makes sense for what’s happening in the game 🙂
