Played Monster week and guessing this should be +10 instead 7
So you may want stat errata page. May confuse allot new players.

There’s a note about this kind of thing on page 8. The general rule is that you look at the number you rolled (+stat) and if it applies to any of the values, you apply that result. So an 8 is both a 7+ and a 7-9, whereas an 11 is just a 7+.
It’s essentially the same thing as saying “on a hit” in AW (and MotW if I recall correctly… it’s been a while!), but sometimes people forget that 7-9 is a hit too.
