Yes, that’s the link. It looks like the change wasn’t public, but it is now- there should be a list of individual files now, all up to date.

Hey Steve Segedy, that .zip is tagged as being from 5/1/15 and the contents are from April and May 2015. Are those the newest not-playtest files? Or should we be downloading all the individual files beneath it?
The zip is the same as the listed files, which should all be the newest- nothing has changed since then, I just hadn’t realized we still had the older files on our site. The Warren got us a little distracted from Night Witches support, which is my fault.
