I’m sure a lot of people have heard of the Soviet shuttle program but seeing this article immediately spawned ideas of a corporation trying to restore the facility in secret so they can infiltrate a rivals orbital station or steal a prototype satellite. All it needs is a bit of neon and it would be perfect, just a shame I won’t be running the game any time in the near future.

This is a very literal interpretation of the principle to “Chrome everything, then make it dirty.” I love it!!
Sweet! Thanks Craig D!
Expect a lot of hulks and derelict buildings when governments run out of money, only megacorporations have money!
Pierre Savoie – that was pretty much my thinking when I saw this, it really is the flip side of the typical cyberpunk shine and neon. Plus having a remote, derelict location means you can play with expectations. An improvised local network rather than highly connected remote access, little installed security but regular manual patrols etc.
