My print copy of The Sprawl (Noon) just arrived yesterday. Arrived in perfect condition, binding seems well done, but unfortunately, the print isn’t great quality. Looks like the printer was low on toner or something, wide light grey bands down the middle of the pages. I’m torn, because I don’t want to wait another 6 weeks for delivery of a replacement. :-/

Definitely let DTRPG know. Send them a photo or two and I bet they will send out a new copy and tell you to keep that one. The printer really should have caught that and reprinted.
Yeah, take photos and see if you can get a replacement. That stinks. 🙁

I just wanted to comment on how awesome DTRPG customer service is as well. I wanted to know something though since I’m getting my SECOND book replaced (first a soft cover with a folded cover and first few pages, and now a hardercover where the binding isn’t connected to the cover), does this takes money away from you, Hamish Cameron?
Nope. They’re just really good at customer service.
