Definitely. You could do it, but Masks lives on teen drama in a tight social environment; it’s a horrible fit for a solo game.
PbtA in general is tricky to adjust for one-player work. It CAN be done, but you lose some of the flow in the process.
My personal spit-and-chewing-gum take would be to use Team as an additional stat, used when coordinating with ‘allied’ NPCs, and otherwise keeping them pretty much abstracted. But that’s both untested and not beyond the bar-napkin level of contemplation.
I think if you were doing solo supers Worlds in Peril might be a better choice.
