I’ve only had the chance to start perusing the pdf, but it seems like the Team is important to game play. So playing a 1 player, 1 GM game is probably going to have problems, right?

  1. PbtA in general is tricky to adjust for one-player work. It CAN be done, but you lose some of the flow in the process.

My personal spit-and-chewing-gum take would be to use Team as an additional stat, used when coordinating with ‘allied’ NPCs, and otherwise keeping them pretty much abstracted. But that’s both untested and not beyond the bar-napkin level of contemplation.
