Is there a way to download the episodes? I’d like to be able to listen to them on the go and doing that off the website is problematic.
Colin Spears I use an app called Podcatcher on my android to stay up to date with all the podcasts that I like to listen to. It has a download feature that lets me save the episodes I want to listen to when I don’t have an internet connection so I don’t have to stream it. You could also use that program (if it’s available on your mobile listening device) and if you stay relatively up to date, it won’t delete the files you have downloaded already. I do recognize that there are technical issues with the Wednesday Night Game webpage that are causing iTunes and other podcast management programs to not work properly (they only display 8-10 episodes of backlog for some reason). I am trying to find a solution, but I’m not educated or experienced (at all) in website development so this is proving to be a big roadblock in finding a way to fix the issue.
In the meantime all I can really suggest is to download an audio ripper so you can save the files as .mp3’s and find a way to save the files to your favorite mobile device. If you can download them directly from your home computer that’s awesome! If you can’t you can always try using a go between online storage service like google drive or dropbox.
I hope this is helpful! Know that I recognize the limitations of my webpage and am working on a solution, I’m just not sure how long it will be before I personally can get it fixed.
