I was wondering if there were any rules in the rulebook for adding players mid campaign. I couldn’t find a section for it like in Masks. How is debts done in that case?

I would just do the debts like normal for character creation. The new character wasn’t on screen before anyway and the players should already be used to debts appearing “from the past” because of the “Put a face to a name” move.
Yup! When I add a new character, I just have them do their Debts as normal.
